Our story
The Shaday Bakery was born in Cuba. Ever since I was very little I watched my dad make sweets, and I grew up surrounded by them. When I grew up, I started my own business: I made all kinds of sweets and sold them on the street from a cart to support my daughters.
I love making sweets, and what makes them special is that they come from our homeland: a super fluffy dough made from scratch, freshly baked, with Cuban meringue and lots of love.
