Our story
The Shaday Bakery was born in Cuba. As a little girl I watched my dad make sweets, and I grew up surrounded by them. Later I opened my own business and sold my sweets on the street from a cart to provide for my daughters. Today I keep doing what I love most: sweets from our homeland, with a super fluffy dough made from scratch, freshly baked, with Cuban meringue and lots of love.
